The Competition is open to all young biomedical researchers (UG, PG, Ph.D., research scholars and young faculties) whose age does not exceed 35 years as on 10th December 2021).The abstract submission date will be closed one month before the competition date. Abstract should be structured under four headings (Background, Material & methods, Results and Conclusion) with maximum 250 word limit.Abstract must be submitted through online web portal ( www.sybsindia.org ) and shortlisted abstracts for the competition will be intimated to registered author/author(s) through email.

Evaluation Criteria

The competition will be conducted on virtual/online platform, and each presenter/speaker should be ready during ones allotted time slot. Each speaker will present one’s research work for up to 8 minutes, and 3 minutes will remain reserved for addressing questions and/or concerns from jury and audiences. Judges will evaluate the quality and content of research work based on pre-decided criteria, such as researchers’ enthusiasm, interest and knowledge in the area of their research. The name of the winners along with their ranks in each category will be announced during the closing ceremony of the competition. The judges’ decision will be the final and no further clarification whatsoever will be issued.
